The information provider is registered as an insurance broker with a license pursuant to §34d paragraph 1 of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO) with the competent authority, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and is listed in the intermediary register under the registration number:

3. Advisory Services and Remuneration:
The information provider offers advice in accordance with statutory requirements as part of the mediation process and receives a commission and, if applicable, a service fee from the product provider for the successful placement of an insurance contract. The information provider may receive further remuneration, which is already included in the insurance premium and therefore does not have to be paid separately by the customer.
Additionally, the information provider may agree with the customer on a different remuneration model consisting of a combination of commission and fee, or a fee only. The fee must then be paid separately by the customer. The specific arrangement depends on the customer’s wishes and needs as well as on the insurance products that may be brokered.
